11+ years in Product, QA, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Customer Success & Sales Engineering, with an EPGDIB from IIFT Delhi and an MSc from IIIT Bengaluru. Currently leading product management at Cuvo.

60 Seconds Summary :
Phase 1: Quality Assurance @Cognizant (2014-2018)

  • Started as a QA Engineer, diving into corporate life.

  • Learnt the importance of how the product should feel in the hand of the customer

 

Phase 2: Software Developer @HBC (2018-2019)

  • Joined Hudson's Bay Company as a Java developer.

  • Built an in-house RPA platform to automate processes in Merchandising, Finance, and DRM.

  • Gained skills in Java, SQL databases, and API development.


Phase 3: Solution Architect @HBC (2019-2021)

  • Delivered 10+ projects using the in-house platform.

  • Established a COE team for enterprise RPA.

  • Scaled a team from 3 to 30+ members.

  • Managed stakeholders, created numerous SDDs, and reported directly to CXOs.

  • Learned the intricacies of audits, InfoSec, and executive communication.


Phase 4: Solution Architect @AutomationAnywhere (2021-2022)

  • Joined Automation Anywhere to deepen my understanding of enterprise product development.

  • Collaborated with Professional Services, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.

  • Travelled to the Philippines to explore and deliver Gen AI solutions to Contact Centers.

  • Focused on driving upsell, cross-sell, and takeout opportunities.

  • Embraced the importance of Empathy and the Voice of the Customer (VOC).


Phase 5: Product Manager @AutomationAnywhere (2022-2023)

  • Joined the VOC pipeline team, leveraging my RPA market expertise.

  • Focused on market analysis, roadmap prioritization, and feature delivery.

  • Contributed to developing a Gen AI MVP, showcasing the future of automation.


Phase 6: Product Manager @Cuvo (2024-Till date)

  • First Product Manager in a pre-seed startup focused on Gen AI products.

  • Shipped a Gen AI solution which reduces operational cost and brings down MTTR by 50%.

  • Set up Jira, mastered Figma, and authored PRDs.

  • Built strong relationships across remote teams.

  • Did market analysis, pricing strategies, GTM planning, and defining the product roadmap.
